Overview
If your conference room display is powered on but shows a “No Signal” message, the issue is usually related to the input source, cabling, or connected device. Follow the steps below to restore the display.
1. Check Display Power & Input
Make sure the display is fully powered on.
Look for any blinking lights or standby indicators.
Press the Input or Source button on the remote or control panel.
Select the appropriate input (HDMI 1, HDMI 2, Wireless Display, etc.).
2. Verify Cable Connections
Confirm that the HDMI or display cable is firmly connected to both the table/connection box and the display.
Check for loose cables underneath the table or within the AV cabinet.
If possible, disconnect and reconnect the HDMI cable to reset the connection.
3. Test Another Device
If available, plug in a different laptop or device.
If the second device works, the issue is with the original laptop (display settings, adapter, etc.).
If neither device works, continue to the next step.
4. Restart the Room System
Power the display off and on again.
If the room uses a control panel (Crestron, Extron, etc.), tap System Restart or reboot the touch panel.
Wait 10–15 seconds for all devices to re-sync.
5. Contact Mason Support
If the display still shows “No Signal,” a technician may need to inspect the cabling or AV system. Please include:
