Welcome to Product ABC 2.0! This next-generation release reimagines our core product as a fully cloud-native, browser-based platform. Product ABC 2.0 offers real-time collaboration, enhanced AI automation, and dynamic cloud reporting.
Getting Started: The Basics
Because Product ABC 2.0 is entirely cloud-based, there is no software to download or install.
Accessing the Platform: Navigate to your browser and log in via Single Sign-On (SSO) at our secure web portal.
The Web Dashboard: The 2.0 interface features a centralized Top Navigation Bar and a customizable home workspace showing live activity feeds.
Creating Your First Shared Workspace: Click the prominent "+" icon in the top-right corner to instantly launch a live, collaborative workspace.
Key Upgrades in 2.0
Cloud Storage & Real-Time Sync: No more manual saving. All changes are saved automatically to the cloud, allowing multiple team members to edit simultaneously.
Instant Sharing: Instead of exporting files, simply click the Share button to generate a secure link or invite team members directly.
Legacy Data Import: If you have
.abcfiles from the original Product ABC, you can drag and drop them directly into the 2.0 web interface to automatically upgrade them.
