How to Update a Live Campaign

You can make changes to your active campaigns at any time. Most updates take effect immediately, while some require a brief review period.

What You Can Update

Campaign Settings

• End date
• Daily or total budget
• Cashback percentage
• Campaign status (pause or deactivate)

When Changes Take Effect

• Most changes apply immediately
• Cashback percentage updates only affect new transactions
• Changes to rates or fees may require compliance review (2-4 business hours)

How to Update Your Campaign

1. Go to Campaigns and select the campaign you want to update
2. Click Edit Campaign
3. Make your changes
4. Click Save Changes

Pausing vs. Deactivating

Pause a campaign when you want to temporarily stop it and restart it later. You can reactivate a paused campaign at any time.

Deactivate a campaign to end it permanently. You cannot restart a deactivated campaign—you'll need to create a new one.
